How the test works

Pressure chamber: takes 5 kg of dust, runs 12 s, makes 5 kg of sand. Holds 20 kg dust and 10 kg sand. With under 5 kg it waits until no dust has arrived for 3 s, then runs a smaller batch that still takes 12 s.
Stone press: takes 1 kg dust + 1 kg sand, runs 6 s, makes one 2 kg stone. Holds 12 kg of each input and 10 kg of stone.
Belts: move 1.1 m/s with canisters at least 0.75 m apart, so 88 canisters a minute at most. Dust and sand canisters are 1 kg, stone is 2 kg.
Splitter: takes turns between its exits and skips any exit that's backed up.
Merger: lets whichever canister has waited longest go first.
Bridge: lets one belt pass over another.
Machines take input from any side except their output side, and refuse a canister when that store is full. The canister then waits and the belt behind it stops.

Not modelled: power and night-time, vehicles, and each machine's exact port positions. The splitter's exact turn order in the game isn't confirmed.
